We provide data and analytics consulting, business intelligence solution design, our proprietary Data Quality Tool, and cloud-native analytics built on Microsoft Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. This Policy applies to any personal information you submit to us, including through website contact and enquiry forms and through native lead generation forms on LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube.

Where we deliver data and analytics consulting services under a signed client engagement, our handling of your organisation's business data is governed by that engagement and the applicable service agreement, not by this website Privacy Policy. This Policy covers only personal information submitted through this website and our social media and search advertising forms.

• Advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube) when you submit an enquiry through a native lead form on those platforms, and for campaign measurement purposes
• Microsoft, as the underlying provider of our cloud, productivity and hosting infrastructure
• Service providers who support our website hosting, email, CRM or IT systems, under confidentiality obligations
• Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law

Some of these providers may process personal information on servers located outside South Africa. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive a comparable level of protection, including relying on the safeguards and data protection commitments provided by these established international platforms.
